Welcome to the Gal Design website, an online store selling artistic design products. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the company and the users and customers of the website. By using the website and purchasing products through it, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Definitions
   1.1 The website is intended for buyers aged 18 and above only.
   1.2 Use of the website is at the user's sole responsibility. The company is not responsible for any use made in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   1.3 The website administration reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
   1.4 The website administration reserves the right to change the product inventory, add or reduce items, or revoke the right to purchase due to stock shortages, all at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
   1.5 The information on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Any use of the information is at the user's own risk.
   1.6 The company will not bear any direct or indirect responsibility for any damage of any kind caused using the website, the information presented on it, or the products sold on it.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
   2.1 All intellectual property rights on the website, including images, texts, designs, graphic files, software, trademarks, and product models, are reserved for Gal Design only.
   2.2 Commercial use of the material on the website is prohibited without prior written permission.
   2.3 Copying, distributing, modifying, translating, transmitting, displaying, or transferring any information from the website to a third party is prohibited without prior written consent from the company.

3. Products and Images on the Website
   3.1 The images on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be slight differences between the actual product and the image.
   3.2 The company will make every effort to present accurate information and images but will not be responsible for inaccuracies.
   3.3 The company reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and benefits without prior notice.

4. Delivery Times
   4.1 We ship orders within 2–7 business days from the purchase date.
   4.2 Deliveries within Israel: 2–5 business days from shipment.
   4.3 Deliveries to international locations: Estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks.
   4.4 Delivery times are dependent on the shipping companies. Gal Design is not responsible for delays.

5. Cancellation and Return Policy
   5.1 Art Prints: Each print is made to order, so the sale is final. No cancellations or returns are allowed. If there is an issue, please contact us.
   5.2 Frames: Exchanges or credits can be made within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, subject to cancellation fees of 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower. Only new, unused frames can be returned.
   5.3 Digital Files: All sales are final, and no returns or refunds are allowed.
   5.4 The company will not provide refunds or credits for shipping fees.
   5.5 The customer will bear all return or cancellation costs.

6. Purchasing on the Website
   6.1 Purchasing products is allowed only for individuals aged 18 and above.
   6.2 Payment can be made via valid credit cards or PayPal, subject to approval by the credit card companies.
   6.3 All prices include VAT and are quoted in New Israeli Shekels, unless otherwise specified.
   6.4 The company does not guarantee the availability of all products. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, the customer will be contacted to select an alternative product or request a refund.
   6.5 Commercial purchases from the website are prohibited. The company reserves the right to cancel any purchase made for commercial purposes.

7. Use of the Website
   7.1 The website may not be used for any illegal or harmful purposes.
   7.2 It is prohibited to overload, damage, or alter the content of the website.
   7.3 The website may not be used to link to other websites without permission.
   7.4 The company reserves the right to block a user or cancel an order at its discretion.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
   8.2 The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the website shall be in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Product Warranty
    11.1 All products on the website are sold as-is with no warranty of any kind.
    11.2 The company is not responsible for defects, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, poor handling, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
    11.3 In the case of an unusual defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with a photo and description - each case will be reviewed individually.

12. Order Cancellation Policy
    12.1 Order cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
    12.2 Orders for custom-made or made-to-order products (such as art prints) and digital files that have already been sent to the customer cannot be canceled.
    12.3 Frame orders may be canceled within 14 days from the day the product is received, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
    12.4 Refunds for canceled orders will be issued within 48 hours of approval, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 - whichever is lower.
    12.5 The customer is fully responsible for all shipping and return costs.
    12.6 Cancellations must be requested via email within 14 days from the day the product is received, by contacting gal@galdesignart.com.
