The association will not knowingly reveal your identity to them without your consent;

  8. If the association organizes its activity or the website's operation under a different structure or changes its legal structure, including transferring the website's operation or any part of it to a third party – it will be entitled to transfer to the new entity a copy of the information accumulated about you, provided that the new entity accepts the terms of this policy;

Where is the Information Stored?

The information collected by the association is stored in its data warehouse, hosted by server hosting and backup providers, which may also be located outside of Israel. Additional information, as detailed in this policy, is collected and stored by other companies (such as statistical companies, etc.). They may also store the information outside of Israel. Your consent to this policy constitutes consent for the storage of the information abroad and its transfer outside of Israel.
 

Information Security

The association attaches great importance to information security in its systems. To protect the information, it operates systems, applications, and procedures to ensure information security, aiming to minimize risks of theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized access to the information.

However, there is no guarantee that these systems will completely prevent the exposure or theft of personal data from its information systems. Therefore, the association does not guarantee, and you cannot reasonably expect, that the services and information systems used by the association will be immune to unauthorized access to the information stored in them. By using the website and its services, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.
 

Right to Access Information

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, every person is entitled to review the information held about them in a data repository. A person who reviews the information about them and finds that it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, is entitled to contact the data holder to request correction or deletion of the information. If the data holder refuses, they must notify the applicant in the manner and way prescribed by the regulations under the Privacy Protection Law. In case of refusal to allow access or notify about the refusal to correct or delete information, the applicant is entitled to appeal as stipulated in the regulations.

Please note that deleting information may prevent you from continuing to receive services from the website and may result in the cancellation of your registration. Information required by the association, including records of actions you performed on the website, will continue to be stored by the association according to the law but will not be used to contact you. If within 30 days you do not receive notice that the requested information has been deleted according to this section, you will be entitled to contact the court as stipulated in the regulations under the Privacy Protection Law to instruct the association to act accordingly.
 

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The association reserves the right to change the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be published on the website’s homepage 30 days before the changes take effect. If non-significant changes are made, a notice will be published on the homepage 7 days before they take effect, unless changes are made according to the requirements of the law or at the request of an authorized authority, in which case the changes will take effect as per the legal requirements or request. Continued use of the website after the changes to the policy indicates your agreement to the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated version of the policy, you must stop using the website.
