Welcome to Gal Design, your destination for high-quality art prints. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All prints are custom-made to order and are considered final sales. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

2. Orders are usually shipped within 2-7 business days of purchase. Delivery within Israel typically takes 2-5 business days, while international orders may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that the transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only, and Gal Design cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping.

3. Gal Design reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. In the event of an order cancellation, customers will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

4. Please note that colors may differ slightly from what is shown on your computer or mobile device screen. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation in our product photos, but cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will match the printed product exactly.

5. Digital files are available for download immediately after purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for digital files. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your digital file. Digital file purchase is for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited. No physical products will be provided.

6. Gal Design retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to our products. No part of our products may be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
